CECC Programs
Infant-Toddler Program
Provides a warm, secure enriched environment for infants and toddlers from the ages of 6 weeks to 3 years. Our Infant/Toddler Program also provides primary care giving and continuity of care.
Preschool Program
Provides developmentally appropriate activities that prepare children for future education. Expert care and nurturing for children ages 3 to 5 years is provided.
UPK Programs
CCDP contracts with the Canandaigua City School District to provide Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) programming. The school district recognizes CECC's ability to prepare children for kindergarten, both academically and socially, using the New York State Education Standards.

School-Age Program
Provides recreational and education activities for school age children before and after regular school hours, on school holidays and summer vacations. This program, the CECC at the VA, is located in Canandaigua at the Veteran's Administration Complex at 400 Fort Hill Ave.
Community Involvement
CECC offers an intergenerational program. The children and elders at Elm Manor enjoy cooking, music, games, and crafts together.
CECC participates in the Foster Grandparent Program. ARC clients visit on a regular basis. Helping hands for children are also provided by Employment In Training and Summer Youth Employment Programs. Students from Finger Lakes Community College, Keuka College and BOCES Child Care Program, also periodically work with the CECC Classrooms.
